Cancellation Policy
Receive full refund minus $15.00 booking fee if notice is given 7 days prior to intended arrival date.  If cancellation is within 7 days of first night reserved, deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a later date only if dates reserved are filled.

No refunds on early departures.
